A New Year Means A New Calendar

2018 is just days away and I can't seem to get my brain wrapped around that.
Although planners, both digital and paper, are more in fashion than ever, I still enjoy having a calendar hanging on the wall. Perhaps that's why I like illustrating them so much.

I have 3 calendars available for 2018 and each one is a little different, both in how it is illustrated and how it is designed.

This is my first year doing the "Stitched" title and I love this calendar. It is a traditional wall calendar and most likely the one that will be hanging in my studio. I combined watercolor, ephemera and stitched paper to create the art. This title also has a coordinating journal and infuser tumbler.

It is available on the Lang website where all calendars are 50% off. But hurry, I understand that this one is almost sold out!

Also, I am happy to report that there is a 2019 version of this title AND I am currently working on 2020!

I have been creating art for my "A Stitch in Time" Note Nook calendar since 2016. This one has a nifty little double pocket for each month. It is handy for holding coupons, receipts and all those other little pieces of paper that you can never find a place for. For that reason, this one hangs in my kitchen. You can also find this one on the Lang website for 50% off.

While I find this hard to believe, I started creating art for the "Family Plan-It" somewhere around 2007. The format has changed somewhat along the years, and this version has way more bells and whistles since the original came out. There is a pocket, a weekly white board planner and stickers galore! This title is on sale at Amazon but I believe you can also find it at Costco and Barnes and Noble.
I really love creating the art for these calendars and I am thrilled to say that there will be a fourth title added for 2019. It has been an honor and a treat to work with the folks at Lang over the years. I hope it is something I will be doing for many years to come.

Happy New Year everyone and thank you so much for following and reading my blog.
