"Madame Dean"
After making paper dresses and shoes did any of you doubt that the handbag was going to be next? Like the shoes and dresses these were quite challenging but I really enjoyed the problem solving aspect of it all.
They started with a paper pattern that needed to be revised about 8000 times, selecting the paper and embellishments, lots of cutting and pasting and finally making the stands.
Since the shoes and dresses all have girls names (so far) I decided to let the men get in on the action and named these after some very special fellas in my life.
Adding the peek to the inside of the handbag came about a little bit by accident, but it's my favorite thing. Perhaps the contents will be next on the drawing (or cutting) board.
Hope you enjoy looking-I sure had fun creating!
